Our process

One clear path from first idea to shipment.

Sampling typically takes 2–3 weeks. Average bulk-production lead time is 6–8 weeks, depending on materials, quantity and product complexity.

Design & sampling
We translate the customer brief into material, construction, finish and hardware decisions before sampling.

Leather selection
Leather, lining materials, buckles and components are selected according to the target product.

Cutting
Hides and materials are prepared and cut into consistent belt straps.
Process film

Bonding
Adhesive is applied evenly before selected layers are aligned and bonded.

Width calibration
The bonded straps are calibrated to achieve the required width and a consistent profile.

Edge sanding
Edges are mechanically prepared to create a clean and even base for finishing.

Edge cleaning
Prepared edges are cleaned after sanding so the following finish can be applied consistently.

Edge colouring
Edge colour is applied according to the approved sample and required finish.

Branding, punching & tip cutting
Brand marks, five-hole spacing and belt tips are produced to the confirmed specification.

Stitching
Experienced operators control stitch lines, thread choice and construction details.

Buckle assembly
Buckles and keepers are fitted and checked against the approved sample.

Final quality control
Construction, colour, measurements, hardware and presentation are inspected before packing.
